We believe at the root of human well-being is food.
We remain committed to the idea that fresh, nutritious food acts as the foundation for a healthy mind, body, and soul. Therefore, we have made it our mission to make access to real food equitable through our non-profit educational courses and commitment to minimize food waste. Thereby, we create culinary experiences that last a lifetime.
Our Focus Pillars
The History of Our Organization
Our Global, Social Enterprise/organization.
Our organization is comprised of individuals striving to solve fundamentally human problems regarding food. In 1948, The United Nations published the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that “Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate to health and well-being of himself and his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care…” (Article 25). However, despite being a member of the United Nations, both currently and before the declaration’s publication, the U.S. has failed to establish equitable access to food. Therefore, we have made it our mission to correct this injustice by facilitating practices which promote equitable access to food.
Each individual in our organization has a direct link to helping a person survive in a world where a medically necessary diet is essential to the health and well-being of every day living.
The practice of managing multiple food allergies began for our founder in 2002 and she has continued to help others understand the seriousness of safe management. The official company began in 2012 and today is available in 7 countries.
